Different Client Different Blocklist

May I know, can that set up different client uses different blocklist? Means I can add various blocklists in the blocklist page, but I will set in the client page which client uses which blocklist or which client uses all blocklist I set in the blocklist page.

This is useful that the blocklist we set, it doesn't needing for every client, and every client can have different strategies to protect their usage.
