Code action to split case alternative patterns

Sometimes I'll write a case clause with alternative patterns and then change my mind, I'd like them to be distinct clauses. It would be nice to be able to split an alternative pattern into two (or more?) distinct clauses, each with the original expression for that clause:

case [Some(1), Some(2), None] {
  [] | [None, ..] -> io.println("Didn't find an Int at the front  :(")
  // ^ [Split alternative patterns]
  [first, ..rest] -> io.println("We have an Int at the front. Huzzah!")
}

Becomes:

case [Some(1), Some(2), None] {
  [] -> io.println("Didn't find an Int at the front  :(")
  [None, ..] -> io.println("Didn't find an Int at the front  :(")
  [first, ..rest] -> io.println("We have an Int at the front. Huzzah!")
}

Then you can edit each clause to do the unique thing they need. I guess if there's more than two alternative patterns it could just split to 3 clauses.
