SectionsWheelPicker haptic feedback / sound

[OmerToledo]

i wanted to ask is there is an implementations of the SectionsWheelPicker to use ReactNativeHapticFeedback behind the scene when scrolling? (similar to the native timer in IOS)

I don't think SectionsWheelPicker currently has built-in haptic feedback support, but the onChange callback can be used to trigger react-native-haptic-feedback whenever the selected item changes.
<WheelPicker
items={items}
initialValue={initialValue}
onChange={(item, index) => {
ReactNativeHapticFeedback.trigger('selection', {
enableVibrateFallback: true,
ignoreAndroidSystemSettings: false,
});

setSelectedValue(item);

}}
/>
Using selection should give a fairly subtle feedback similar to an iOS picker.
If you're looking for haptic feedback on every wheel step while actively scrolling, rather than only when onChange fires, that may need to be implemented inside the WheelPicker's scroll/index-change handling.
Since RNUILib already has haptic support in other components such as SortableList, it could also make sense for WheelPicker to expose something like an enableHaptic prop in the future.
