Adds MiNERVA Archive to the ROM Hub catalog and plugin directory, with the manifest, install instructions, and generated plugin page kept in sync.
The entry is marked with a caveat and does not claim individual-file downloads. The plugin returns distinct API rows and shows each row's exact path, but each row still resolves to a collection magnet. ROM Hub does not yet select a file or set qBittorrent file priorities; the torrent client may download the whole collection.
Release dependency
This catalog entry pins the planned v0.2.0 release from rom-hub-minerva PR #1. The entry cannot be installed until that code change merges and its v0.2.0 tag is published. The existing v0.1.0 tag remains available until then.
Adds a MiNERVA Archive plugin with API search and collection-magnet torrent resolution. Registers its capabilities, permissions, and configuration, and updates the plugin catalog, platform audit, and documentation.
Declares search and torrent capabilities, network permissions, and configuration defaults. Adds the plugin to the catalog and platform audit. Updates documentation with the API behavior, limitations, and publication status.
API search and result conversion plugins-dev/minerva-archive/minerva_archive/search.py, plugins-dev/minerva-archive/tests/test_minerva_archive.py, plugins-dev/README.md
Searches the API with configured filters and pagination. Converts valid file rows into distinct results, including rows that share a collection magnet. Tests cover query handling, result conversion, pagination, and invalid responses.
Validates and normalizes v1 info hashes, rebuilds magnets with public trackers, and returns torrent sources. Tests cover refusal cases, tracker inclusion, and host magnet validation.
MiNERVA row identifiers cannot be resolved through the direct torrent command, and a failed later search page can discard earlier results. Address those failures before merging.

ctx.http.get does not accept a timeout argument. The host broker applies a 30-second timeout by default. Document that ownership here instead of adding an unsupported argument or changing the test fake.

Minor · Stability & Availability · Quick win
Handle exceptions from the page fetch so earlier pages survive.
Only a non-200 status stops the loop with partial results. If http.get raises on page 2 (timeout, connection error), the exception discards page 1. If response.json() raises on a 200 with a non-JSON body, the same loss happens. With 20-25 s per page and max_pages > 1, this failure is realistic. The comment at Lines 95-96 describes the intended behavior, but the code does not implement it for exceptions.
Catch the failure after the first page and return what was gathered. Re-raise when nothing was gathered so a hard failure still surfaces.

Direct torrent CLI command refuses MiNERVA row identifiers.
_resolve_torrent builds its SearchResult only from the source_id argument. It never sets extra, so extra["torrent_magnet"] is absent when proc.resolve_torrent(result) runs. Torrent.resolve then falls back to the minerva-row:... identifier at plugins-dev/minerva-archive/minerva_archive/torrent.py:69-70. That value does not use the magnet scheme, so TorrentRefused is raised. Passing a MiNERVA row identifier to this command therefore fails.
The host search-result path does preserve extra. The CLI never receives that search result, so this command cannot forward the magnet as the code stands. The fix must set extra["torrent_magnet"] from the selected row's collection magnet before the call. The inspected code does not show where this command obtains that row data, so no patch is proposed.
