This:

• Updates the schedule (preview) and added a legend to explain the colors.
• Added a "Hackathon Roles" page (preview) based on UW eScience Hackweek materials
• Added a "Team" page (preview) with the core organizing team. Please let me know if it's missing anyone or has details wrong, or is the wrong vibe.
• Added projects overview, mentor guide, instructor guide, and tutorial moderator/helper guide - these are all modified from the 2026 Ocean Hackweek.

Hi @ateucher ! This is looking great! I love the schedule, nice work!

I read through one time and will review more deeply on each page to suggest edits. A few notes until then (or along with my deeper review):

• could you please add credit to eScience or Ocean Hackweek, with links where possible on those pages?
• the quarto format looks a bit off, (ex roles page) with the centering, bullets, and wideness of the lines. Could you play around a bit more?
• along with the above, would adding a TOC on each page make sense (like the right nav bar on the Cookbook?) Maybe it wouldn't help, but something feels missing....

I just pushed several small-ish commits; my main thinking was that we we'll have simpler Roles so that we can communicate them more easily, so I have reduced some of the roles and the details.

Thanks @jules32 these are great changes! Re the formatting, I liked the centered look on the home page but then was fighting with it everywhere else - I think it's better to let it be justified :)

I'll add the attributions better, and put in the ToCs, then merge
