🎯 Changes

Replace the legacy .eslintrc, which extended the uninstalled @callstack config, with an eslint.config.mjs matching the other React examples (tanstackConfig + @tanstack/eslint-plugin-query + @eslint-react/eslint-plugin). It uses the .mjs extension because this Expo example has no "type": "module" and keeps a CommonJS babel.config.js.
Add a test:eslint script that lints App.tsx, which lives outside src, together with src, and declare @eslint-react/eslint-plugin and @tanstack/eslint-plugin-query.
Fix the reported lint errors: import AppStateStatus as a type (@typescript-eslint/consistent-type-imports) and use Array<T> instead of T[] (@typescript-eslint/array-type).
