hil: take each board's flasher from agentrc's board registry - #633
Each board's flasher moves out of test/hil/ci.json into agentrc's board registry (hathach/agentrc#400), keyed by the
serial of the debug probe each board is wired to, so tinyuf2 and tinyusb no longer keep their own copies of the same
farm wiring. A roster entry names its board by probe and keeps its own uid, the serial TinyUF2 reports.
check_build.board_flasher is the one check of a resolved flasher, shared by the build binding (roster_flasher) and
the runner (load_board, which loads the registry through load_pinned like the flash provider).
The registry's ST-LINK flasher names no device and its esptool flasher no chip, so those boards give it in tinyuf2.device (stm32h743zi, esp32s3, esp32p4). J-Link and openocd boards still take it from their args.
Probe sessions and installs use the registry's flasher as given. The ST-LINK and openocd installs keep verify=False with the runner's own read-back. The esptool install now runs at the registry's -b 1500000 (the
baud tinyusb's HIL uses on the same boards).
agentrc's provider dropped esptool_flash_judgment (Add iMX RT 1015, 1040 and 1050 EVK support #317), so the esptool flash is judged by esptool_problem.
The transcript is no longer parsed for each segment's write. Every segment is still read back and compared.
A registered board's lock is agentrc's registry name for it, so ci.json drops its two tinyuf2.lock overrides; tinyuf2.lock stays for bench boards, and on a registered board must equal the registry name.
Evidence: .claude/test 711 OK; check_build.py --base origin/master --worktree passes (contract tests plus the
feather_stm32f405_express and espressif_esp32s3_devkitm_1 smoke builds); all 7 CI boards load with the registry's
flasher. The HIL battery on this PR is the hardware check.

Walkthrough
HIL build validation and runner execution now resolve flashers through the agentrc board registry. ST-LINK and Espressif device identity comes from tinyuf2.device. Espressif result judgment uses the provider operation interface, and runner read-back checks remain.
Build validation resolves registered flashers by probe and checks flasher-specific arguments and device requirements. CI entries and test fixtures use the revised roster binding and device fields.
Runner board and probe resolution .claude/skills/hil-contract/scripts/hil_test.py, .claude/test/test_hil.py
The runner resolves flasher entries and device identity through the registry. Probe setup, scanning, and OpenOCD admission use the resolved entry. Tests update board and probe fixtures.
Provider flash and result judgment .claude/skills/hil-contract/SKILL.md, .claude/skills/hil-contract/scripts/hil_test.py, .claude/test/test_hil.py
Espressif flashing uses the resolved provider entry and judges the provider operation result. ST-LINK and OpenOCD paths use the resolved entry. Tests cover operation results and esptool arguments.

Explanation
The title names the main change: each board's flasher is now taken from agentrc's board registry in the HIL flow. The raw summary and objectives confirm that the changeset moves flasher configuration out of test/hil/ci.json and into the registry, and that check_build.py and the HIL runner resolve flashers through it.

Explanation
The description states the purpose: flasher configuration moves from test/hil/ci.json into agentrc's board registry, and roster entries switch to a probe key. It also covers the device handling for ST-LINK and esptool, the install and judgment changes, the lock rules, and the lib/agentrc pin. This matches the changeset described in the raw summary and objectives.

Summary
Moves board flashers and registered board locks to agentrc’s pinned registry.
HIL builds and runs get each board’s flasher from agentrc.
Espressif HIL installs use the registry baud and provider’s flash result.

Reject duplicate board entries in the roster resolvers.
885-906: Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Reject duplicate board entries in the roster resolvers.
roster_flasher and roster_routes take the first entry that matches the board name. They do not check for duplicates. The HIL runner in load_board requires exactly one matching entry and refuses the roster otherwise. A roster with duplicate names therefore passes the build step and then fails the HIL step. Require exactly one match in both resolvers so that the build step rejects the same roster that the runner rejects.

Update roster_flasher and roster_routes to collect all roster entries matching
the board name and reject the roster when more than one matches, so both
resolvers enforce the HIL runner’s uniqueness requirement. Preserve
roster_flasher’s existing behavior when no entry matches.
