Backfills newsfragments for three PRs merged since 26.4 that fixed bugs present in the 26.4 release but landed without a fragment:

Reproduced with fe 26.4.0: all tests inif_else_operator_grouping.fefail.self::V { n }in arecv Mblock failed with "Vis not found" in 26.4.0. The PR's commits mention adding a newsfragment, but it didn't survive the squash.Other fragment-less PRs since the 26.4 branch point were checked and left out: they touch the old borrow checker replaced in #1798, features added after 26.4 (drivers, spaces, trait effects, native backend), regressions introduced after 26.4 (e.g. #1831, #1873), or are internal/CI.
