What

Adds .github/workflows/osv-scanner.yml: a daily (02:00 UTC) and manual OSV-Scanner run over this repository's lockfiles. The vulnerability table goes to the GitHub Actions job log.

Why

zhiqiang (2026-11-03, #superzz-botiverse) asked for a scheduled dependency scan on all recently active repositories, once a day, report only, output to the Actions log.

Behaviour

  • Report only. Vulnerabilities found (exit 1) or no package sources (exit 128) leave the run green with a notice. Only a scanner error fails it.
  • Pinned. osv-scanner v2.7.0 Linux binary, sha256 160c6253…218b checked before it runs. actions/checkout is pinned to a commit.
  • Permissions: contents: read only. No secrets.

Requirement Challenge

  • Cut: no PR gating, no SARIF upload (private repos would need GitHub Code Security), and no reusable-workflow dependency.
  • Simplest version: one workflow file.

Scheduled scan requested by zhiqiang (2026-11-03): once a day at 02:00 UTC
and on demand, scan the repository's lockfiles with osv-scanner v2.7.0
(downloaded binary, sha256 pinned) and print the table to the job log.
Report only: vulnerabilities never fail the run; only a scanner error does.
