Adds CurlShot to API Tools and Testing.

Why it belongs: developers use it from scripts, CI and apps to capture web pages over HTTP (visual checks, docs, link previews, PDF export). One request turns a URL, HTML or Markdown into a PNG, JPEG, WebP, PDF or scrolling video; it ships an OpenAPI 3.1 spec, code samples for cURL, Node.js, Python, PHP, Go and Ruby, and an MCP server for AI agents. Not paywalled: free plan with 100 screenshots a month, no card. Canonical HTTPS link, no tracking parameters.

Disclosure: I'm affiliated with CurlShot (I maintain it).

Thanks for taking the time to submit this. We are keeping this list focused on independent, widely recognised resources, so we are not accepting self-submitted product listings right now (see "What we are NOT looking for" in contributing.md). Closing this one, but we appreciate the suggestion.
