Overview
Removes all seven file-based Entire trail runners under .entire/runners/, so those automations are no longer defined in-repo.

Deleted configs covered Trail Summary (Problem/Solution markdown), Trail Review (push-triggered review comments with debounce), Review Focus, and trail monitors for confidence, drift, risk, and security (percent scores on api/push). Each was a prompt_runner scoped to trail with git-sync–specific prompts and last_json_line or markdown output adapters.

There are no accompanying code or reference updates in the diff—only removal of these JSON definitions.
