Share function-app servers across requests, defer dispatch until the server has emitted listening, and preserve the listener until every concurrent request has completed. Route SuperTest-created dual-stack wildcard servers through IPv4 to avoid SuperAgent's Node 26 IPv6-loopback timeout failure. Read header assertions from the public headers object, preserve cookie-name case, remove the duplicate bearer() implementation, and refresh compatible lockfile resolutions. Align CI with npm and the committed package-lock. Fixes #726, #876, #879, #891. Supersedes PR #880, #882, #884, #889, #890, #892, #893, #895, #904, and #905.
