docs(agents): Add Claude Platform OTLP guide and Anthropic home card

Anthropic shipped native OpenTelemetry trace export from Claude Managed Agents, the Messages API, and the Claude SDKs (public beta), with Sentry as a built-in destination in the Claude Console (announcement). The docs didn't cover it, and the homepage agent integrations list didn't include Anthropic.

• New page at /concepts/otlp/direct/claude-platform/. It adapts the cookbook recipe: copy the DSN, add Sentry as a Console destination, check delivery, and explore traces in Agents. It links to the TypeScript and Python SDK cookbooks and to the existing Sentry Anthropic integrations. The Console and timeline screenshots are copied from the cookbook.
• Homepage: new Anthropic card that links to the new page. With six cards, the grid changes from lg:grid-cols-5 to lg:grid-cols-3, so the cards fill two full rows. Providers come first (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel AI), then frameworks (Mastra, Eve, Flue).
• Linked the new page from the Direct OTLP index and from the Agents set-up list.

The plan tracks views of the new Claude Platform guide, home page loads, and catch-all route errors. Home page component errors must stay at zero. An issue escalates when catch-all errors rise or the new guide stays at zero.

What changed

Requests to /concepts/otlp/direct/claude-platform/ now return the Claude Platform OpenTelemetry guide. The home page agent grid adds an Anthropic card that links to that guide. The Set Up Agents page also links to that guide. OpenAI and Vercel AI cards stay, and the large grid uses three columns. sentry-docs must deploy before this change is live. The Home view does not render on develop-docs, so that site does not ship this UI.

Risk

A render failure in Home blanks the docs home page for visitors. A bad MDX page or missing image returns 404 for the new guide. The three-column grid can raise home page load time. A broken platform-redirect path can hide the OpenAI and Vercel AI cards.

Intended effect

The change worked when pageloads hit the new Claude Platform guide. Absent looks like home page loads staying in band while those pageloads stay at zero.

Not observable

Home page LCP and CLS were not present on the pageload spans. The Set Up Agents URL returned zero pageloads, so that entry path is not a usable signal. The 48h docs.page.load total timed out, so the prior-day error rate has no denominator. Platform-redirect errors were 73 in the latest 24h. The prior 24h count was 0, so no stable band exists. Docs telemetry cannot show whether readers finish the Claude Console steps.
