The change rebuilds API reference pages from a newer schema pin. The schema file itself did not change. Watch API page loads, API 404s, and API page errors. An issue escalates when API 404s or API page errors rise.

Plan

What changed

The build now fetches OpenAPI from GitHub commit 537966de. The prior pin was 8da67f72. The OpenAPI JSON did not change between those commits. API reference pages keep the same content. sentry-docs must deploy before the pin is live. develop-docs also ships this shared source file. API pages render only on sentry-docs.

Risk

A bad schema pin can drop API pages or render broken endpoint pages. Readers then see 404s or client errors on API reference paths. A rebuild of the shared source can also break develop-docs. This pin does not change OpenAPI content. The remaining risk is a failed fetch or a bad static deploy.

Intended effect

API reference pages must keep loading after the pin. The OpenAPI JSON is unchanged, so page-load volume should hold. Absent looks like this: API page loads fall while other page loads hold.

Page copy at field level has no metric. The 24h API pageload p95 split timed out. The 48h p95 was 5065ms on 1560 sampled pageload and navigation spans. Build-time GitHub fetch of the schema has no production metric.
