- Show a red "No jobs" badge and a bold "Disabled" last result for fuzzers with no jobs. - Jobs field in the edit form reads "No jobs selected" when empty. - Normalize a null/missing data_bundle_name to '' when the edit form loads a fuzzer, so the Corpus dropdown shows "None" on first render instead of only after clearing the search box.

Pushed the UI changes to dev
Verified in dev that the selected jobs go back to the default when canceling the edit dialog.
