Implements the power/EDM noise schedule (Karras et al., 2022) in Gaussian corruption schedules with closed-form logSNR, inverse logSNR, alpha, and sigma mappings. Exports the class in corruption and adds unit tests. PiperOrigin-RevId: 996586545
