Синхронізація з microsoft/azure-devops-mcp, частина 2 — функціональність. Кожен коміт upstream із 92 отримав рішення в новому docs/UPSTREAM-SYNC.md: що перенесено, куди, і чому решта не взята. Там же — останній переглянутий коміт upstream (e24cc98) для наступного разу. Робочі елементи: - `wit_update_work_item`: JSON Patch `test` на `/rev` для оптимістичної конкурентності, значення будь-якого типу, 409/412 названі в помилці, відмова на add/replace без value (microsoft#1526). - `wit_add_work_item_comment`, `wit_update_work_item_comment`: `@<email>` стає справжньою згадкою з повідомленням (microsoft#1495). Синтаксис описано в параметрі — upstream цього не зробив, і модель про нього не дізналася б. - `wit_work_items_link`, `wit_work_item_unlink`: тип `hyperlink` (microsoft#1469). - `wit_add_child_work_items`: опис Bug іде лише в Repro Steps, інших типів — лише в Description (microsoft#1523). - Markdown-поле будь-якої довжини отримує multilineFieldsFormat (microsoft#1446). - `wit_add_artifact_link`: посилання на сторінки wiki (microsoft#1415). Pull requests: - `repo_create_pull_request_thread`: прив'язка коментаря до diff ітерації; `repo_get_pull_request_by_id` віддає потрібні номери ітерацій (microsoft#1513). - Новий `repo_update_pull_request_comment` — редагування тексту коментаря (microsoft#1568). - `commentType` у коментарях і тредах, уточнені описи офсетів (microsoft#1370, microsoft#1270). Тест-плани: Markdown у кроках тест-кейсів, теги в нижньому регістрі (microsoft#1402, microsoft#1411). Не взято й пояснено в журналі: консолідацію інструментів, перенесення repo_search_commits на Search API (microsoft#1360), MSAL broker (microsoft#1538). Сервер — 377 інструментів. This pull request adds support for updating individual comments in pull request threads via the
repo_pull_request_thread_writetool. It introduces a newupdateaction, updates the schema and handler logic to support this operation, and adds comprehensive tests to ensure correct behavior and error handling.Tooling enhancements:
