Closing. Replaced by #21, which keeps the xunit packages on major version 3 for now. Avalonia's UI-test runner (Avalonia.Headless.XUnit, 12.1.4 included) is built on xunit v3 3.x, and xunit 4 runs only on Microsoft Testing Platform. #21 adds a Dependabot rule that skips new xunit majors until Avalonia supports xunit 4.

Dependabot now skips new xunit major versions: Avalonia.Headless.XUnit is built on xunit v3 3.x, and xunit 4 runs
only on Microsoft Testing Platform. Replaces #14, #15, #16 and #17.
