This PR removes the template's /raw/[...slug].md route. @nuxt/content already registers the same route when nuxt-llms is installed, so it was shadowing it, and without it the production build serves /raw/getting-started/installation.md and /raw/essentials/markdown-syntax.md byte for byte like the live template. minimark goes with it, nothing else used it.

That was the template's last server handler on h3, so there is nothing left to move to nuxt/server. Content's own route gets Nuxt 5 support in nuxt/content#3891.
