The PR watcher had been silent for 8+ days on every repo with a commit-status integration (e.g. Vercel). noctra-agent lacked Commit statuses: read, so GitHub refused the whole gh pr view ("Resource not accessible by integration" on statusCheckRollup), and Noctra never saw review comments.

  • GetPR now retries without statusCheckRollup when that field is refused, and logs a warning with the permission to grant. Feedback keeps working; only the CI-failure trigger is lost for that PR. Any other gh error still fails as before.
  • The App manifest and setup README now include Commit statuses: Read-only. The live App and noctra-auth (fix: request read access to commit statuses noctra-auth#1) are already updated and deployed.
  • noctra update now suggests noctra restart instead of a raw systemctl command, and the build-and-release skill points to the noctra service commands.
