Updates openapi-changes and its dependency graph to remediate all 22 open Dependabot alerts. Both npm audits and govulncheck report zero vulnerabilities with the new versions.

  • Upgrade libopenapi to v0.41.6 and Doctor to v0.0.83; use the pb33f-maintained YAML, Testify, and JSON Schema modules. Use Doctor's lock-safe node clone for reports.
  • Refresh the report and npm installer dependencies, remove unused open-wc testing packages, fix TypeScript compatibility, and rebuild both embedded report bundles.
  • Update CI/release actions and build runtimes; run UI type checks and tests in CI.

Validation: Linux, Windows, and report UI CI passed; full Go tests and race suite, targeted clone regression, vet, build, module verification/tidy, 52 UI tests, TypeScript, clean-install reproducible bundles, full/lite browser reports, and direct/proxy npm installer smoke checks. Petstore remains 42 changes / 18 breaking.

Terminal Markdown now wraps long table content and emits OSC 8 clickable links through Glamour v2.

Risk: medium because the parser, renderer, and tooling dependencies change together. Go builds now require 1.26.9+, the npm installer requires Node 20+, and report UI builds use Node 24.15+ in the Node 24 line. Third-party test metadata still names upstream Testify/YAML; project code and tests load only the pb33f forks. Release publication and Docker publishing are not exercised by this PR. GitHub alert closure requires merge and a fresh dependency scan.
