Summary

• Remove hardcoded app-auth / app-integrations OCI pins (bs_1.54.6__1.1.0) from the shared dynamic-plugins defaults so RHDH E2E uses catalog/DPDY versions instead of stale images.
• This was causing overlays tests to fail because this patch was not being applied in the pinned versions as they were exported with an older cli version.
• Bump package to 2.1.26 (changelog + docs version).
