Frontend website is developed using Vue.js, providing user operations and data view.
Backend resource provider is developed using Node.js, serving static Vue website, handle resource requests.
There should be a Gitlab instance configured for Oauth, user management and code storage.
Project deployment configure by pm2 ecosystem, which will call after CI testing.
