Show layer violations with click-to-file, Mermaid block inspect, and layer-rule presets in Architecture. Add Overview health breakdown and most fragile files. Keep the analyzer inline in index.html so CodeFlow stays a single-file app.
Detect apps/* + packages/* stacks, group them as Apps / API / Shared Packages, and stamp role-derived layers so violation scoring matches the diagram. Includes monorepo-world fixture; analyzer stays inline in index.html.

Thanks for splitting this out, and for keeping the analyzer inline. Since it stacks on #107 I'll review that one first, then this. The fixture with the shared→api violation baked in is a nice touch. |
